Cdonts email componet compatibility with IE

I am trying to determine why some of my clients can send a form through cdonts email code without a problem while others cannot.

I am looking into the error message they are getting but until then I was wondering if cdonts works ok with older IE versions.

Does anybody know which email componet is the best (most reliable) to use in sending info (persists, jmail, cdonts, smtp.svg)

The browser shouldn't have any effect on CDONTS, as it's on the server side.
