Hello all. It's been a very long time since I worked with Nortel/Avaya but now I am back into it. Hope you can help me with how to create a CDN queue on the CS1000 that will point to the SDN table in Call Pilot that will cause an application in application builder to kick in. In other words, how are they all tied together? Thanks all and have a great day.

don't really need a CDN to kick it. If you build phantom 1234 and dcfw xxxx (call pilot) and go to CP browser and add 1234 to SDN table, there you also select app that you built in app builder.

Mato' Was'aka

Or you could build new ACD in LD 23 with MWC=Yes, MAXP=1 and NCFW=Call Pilot CDN.

Thanks guys, but whaat I am getting at is, how does the application on application builder know that the call was meant for it. In other words, if I create an application, where in that application do I tell it that a certain number dialed in the SDN table is meat for it??? Do I put that on the Start block of the application builder under File ---> Properties and put the SDN number as its id? How would you guys define it in the PBX, Call Pilot and pplication Builder ... thanks.

In call pilot, you need to access app builder.

From app builder, you create what you want eg: announcement, option tree etc. Through this process you will need to SAVE the app. This name is important, as it is what you use in the SDN table.

Exit the App Builder, access the CP Manager.

Go to the SDN table, and you then press NEW

1st thing is the SDN number, but under that is a drop down..... click that and look for the name that you saved the APP under..... thats the relationship.

As said earlier, you only need a numver to divert into the CP (phantoms are usually easiest) the DN of the phantom = SDN number.

Test, and relax at a job well done!!
