CCR - Version 6 upgrade to 8,

Good Morning,

I need the help, i have un CCR version 6 i have upgrade to version 8 i need to know what to do ???

11.4 Customer Call Reporter Software Upgrade
The table below shows the necessary steps that must be taken to upgrade your Customer Call Reporter to Release 8.0. To upgrade earlier versions of IP Office Customer Call Reporter, you must first upgrade your setup as documented in Technical Bulletin 133 to the most recent available upgrade before you can upgrade to the latest version of IP Office Customer Call Reporter.

Upgrade Installation Available

Note: Any versions of Customer Call Reporter earlier than 8.0 will not connect to an IP Office system running 8.0 core software. This is due to a change in the data stream that connects the IP Office to the Customer Call Reporter. Therefore make sure that you upgrade your Customer Call Reporter immediately after upgrading your IP Office core software or your CCR will cease to work until it has been upgraded.

11.4.1 Upgrading from IP Office Customer Call Reporter 6.1 / 7.0
Customers currently running SQL2005 or SQL2005 Express Edition with CCR must upgrade to a 2008 edition of SQL prior to upgrading to CCR 8.0. Please refer to the IP Office 8.0 Customer Call Reporter Implementation Manual for upgrade instructions.
