Hi:
IPO 7.0.27, CCR 7.0.5.8
continuosly presented SQL DAtabase Faulted
I have been erease event log on Server, but begin another time

Any idea?

Did you also delete the "Windows Application Logs"

Yes I do,if you see the attach file, these errors are delete each time when the SQL fail,
then, intermitent they ocurrs

You use SQL express? Is it on the same server?
How big is the site? extension/lines call/hour?

Yes, Sql Express edition installed same server
8 agents, 1 Supervisor, total 9 users
E1(30 ch), +/- 100 call/hour

How big is the DB more like? What version of SQL is it? i.e 2005 or 2008?

new installation, 14 days ago..
Sql express 2005
Server: Windows 2003 sp2
Licences:
Advanced Edition
2 supervisor
10 agents
accounts:
1 supervisor
1 wallboard

I founded the problem..
Supervisor had open multiple sessions on same PC and same account: (one)supervisor and (two) wallboard
