Thanks phoneguy for the reply. I also noticed in the install instructions it was under development and not approved as well. Do you happen to know what changes your IT guy did in IIS to make it work? My customer would really like to have CCR running on this server.
It was the customers own it department that made the changes, if you can find a microsoft guy he should be able to make it work. I think it was moving files into different folders than the nortel install does.
I would recommend buying a $300 standalone pc for this. If you did get it to work on a 2003 machine nortel will never give you support. 300 is way cheaper than going back over and over.

I'm not able to get the main log in page while trying to access the Windows 2003 Server machine from a XP Pro machine. Windows 2003 Server has Call Center Server loaded and running. The XP Pro machine has Call Center Client. When I try entering the IP address and port of the Windows 2003 Server to get the main log in page I get an internal error. I have run the test "all pass" on the Nortel CCR Server Config menu.
I have abandoned trying to get this to work on Windows 2003 Server. I have now loaded both the CCR Server and Client on XP Pro machine. I'm able to log in and get to the admin page but I'm not able to see my skillset to assign for reporting.
