I have 10 CCR agent license in a customer IP Office Rel 8. But i have created 20 users as CCR Agents. Agents work in shift of 10 each.
Recently we faced an issue where the agents where not able to login from soft phone, I was showing Unknown error. When we tried to login from physical phone we got a error saying insufficient license. So we assume that some agents from the morning shift forgot to logout.
Whats is licensing details for CCR?
Also we have been using the CCR busy not available reason codes, when and Agent enabled DND mode he need to select one of the options which we have configured in the system. This is working fine for 96 and 16 series ip phone. I would like to know whether it will work with Avaya IPO soft phone version 3+. I checked the docs and the soft phone is not there in the compatible handset list.
What is the alternative to use these codes in soft phone?
