Run any report on any anything and you will get a message please wait processing. I created a new supervisor to test with, still get the same result.
However after a restart of the sql server service, it worked for a while. Problem has return this morning again.

Since your problem description is very very very limited,
i'd have to guess you have a problem with IIS.
Did you follow the installation manual to the letter?
Especially ALL the windows updates?
