CCMS Replication Server installation fails

Hi,

CCMS Replication Server installation repeteadly fails after 40 seconds (Sybase and Nortel folders and register keys are always removed).
Error code 601 appears during Sybase installation.
Preinstallaton Compliancy check passes with OK status.

Any ideas, recommendations ?

Copy/paste parts of install logs for stage it's failing at. Logs can be found at D:\Nortel\iccm\logs
