CCMS: Monitoring work processes

Hi folks,

is it possible to monitor the work processes using CCMS ?
If yes how can I do it ?

Let's say we're using a total of 8 dialog work processes in our system and want to get an alert if more than 5 dialog work processes are in use and only 3 or less are free for use.

Any ideas ?
