CCM 4.2 Login's 1

I was wondering how I could add a new login for a person to just do some simple admin stuff and not have to give them the admin password?

I have CCM 4.2. I tried adding a user and assiging them to a group...but still not able to get them logged in.

Any help is appreciated.

Enable Multi level admin (MLA) and give them access to whatever forms you want to modify.

Where do you enable that? What part of CCM?

Here's a link from 4.2 admin guide that walks you through it. Simple procedure, just follow the steps. Let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks! Worked great. Although you do have to go in and restart the IIS and Web services. (Found out from other threads...) But only about a 5-10 min process.

Yeah you do have to restart those services to take effect.
Not really production affecting however, so it can be done at any time.
