CCE and supervisor coaching problem

Hi,

I've got S8300, CM 2.0, 2xG700, CCE 2.01, 4610 IP phones... There is a problem with CCE Supervisor "Join a call as coach" feature - it is not working properly.. Calling party can hear Supervisor talking to agent (conference). For a few outside calls it was working well, but not for long. I've set up service observing on agents cor (can be observed=y), supervisors cor (can be service observer=y). Is there anythig else that should be configured on pbx side, or on cce side... I haven't configured this sistem, this task is given to me to solve, so I would appriciate any help...

On the 4th page of the service observers' COR, did you put Y on the COR that needs to be service observed? just a thought.
