CCC Reporting

Hi,
Has anyone come across this on W2003 Server when running the CCC reporter.
And does anyone know how to overcome this irritating error message?

Server Error in '/Reporting' Application.

do you have a pop-uop killer activated in the browser?

Check ASP.NET is started in Services, if not pls start it change it to automatic,

No pop ups and asp.net is started.
Still getting same error.
