CCC Reporter Question

Hi All

I've got a bunch of agent's all available in various groups and our basic Agent Productivity report is set up to report from the Highest Numbered Group.

Does anyone have a report that shows the usual productivity style report but per group not just the HNG?

what about incoming calls by target group

this then specifies the Target Group rather than the HNG

Thanks for the suggestion - it's not quite what I want as I want agent data not DDI data however, making me look at the default reports again for Targets made me realise that I can use the Target Member Duration (all media) report and customise it for what I want.
