ccc report faulty

Hi,

When an agent is member of more than one group, CCC reports for that agent shows abnormal things. But when I make the agent member of one group everything goes fine. Is it a bug of the system? Have you met this before? If it is a bug, does anyone knows when it will be fixed? Or do I make something wrong on my configuration?

Can you specify what report you use and what information isn't correct?

Also what CCC version you're using

CCC versiyon is 5.0.26 . Group reports are empty.

Agent activity is stored in the highest numbered group that agent is a member of.
