Open Delta Server and see if it says "Comms Restored" at the top. If it does not, select "Comms" on the left hand of the screen and click search to find the IP Office. It should find the IP Office and the message at the top should change to "Comms Restored" after a few seconds. If it doesn't find it you have a connectivity issue between the IP Office and the CCC/Delta Server server. Turn off the firewall on the CCC server and try connecting again. Click "Apply" when Delta Server finds the IP Office.
Go to "Licenses" on the left hand side of the screen and verify that the licenses you installed on the IP Office show up in the list. Go to the next step if you find all the appropriate licenses. If you didn't find any licenses, Check in Manager to make sure your licenses are valid. Try restarting the Delta Server service a check the license tab again. It will not work until the licenses show up in Delata Server so keep troubleshooting until the licenses show up.
Last step is go to the Archiver tab in Delta Server. Enter the server name in the box and click connect. It may take up to one minute for it to connect. Click the apply button after it connects. Delta Server will now begin sending data to CCC.
Wait for some transactions to build up so CCC has something to report on. Run some sample reports and you should be go to go!
