CCC - ASPNET_WP.EXE Lockup CPU 100%

does anyone know how to stop the ASPNET_WP.exe service from locking up on the CCC server when a report is viewed?

On the client PC, reporter crashes and after the first report you cannot view anymore.

Then on the CCC server the ASP service sits at around 92% and the CPU usage is at 100% until the service is restarted. After which 1 report can be run before the same thing happens again....

.NET has been reinstalled and have repaired CCC which only resolved the issue temporarily.

in case anyone ever has this problem, it was resolved by reinstalling ccc with a different installation file. possible corruption issue/.net issue
