CCC Agent Licences not releasing when agent logs off.

Looking into a strange problem where CCC agent licences don't release when an agent logs off, Re-Starting Delta Server temporarily fixes the problem.
System, CCC & Delta Server have all been upgraded to latest versions available to attempt to fix the problem.
System is a 406v2 running v5.0.26
CCC has been upgraded to v5.0.74
Delta Server is v5.2.36
CCC Software is on a 2003 server.

Have any of you chaps had any similar issues?

there are some files in the deltaserver directory holding all the names and numbers of all extensions, users, groups and trunks.
stopping deltaserver and deleting these files may help.
you can find them as they have a different creation date as the other files.
 
Tried intrigrant suggestion and cleared out the files and restarted delta server, problem goes away for a few days and then rears its ugly head again!

Any other ideas?
 
I know this sounds crazy but:

1. Make sure that you have nothing but numbers and letters in the user name field. No spaces either. Check to make sure that there are no spaces after the user name either.
2. Make sure that you have no letters in the extension number field.
3. Make sure that you have nothing but numbers and letters in the full name field.

These kinds of errors cause problems in CCC as well as applications that rely on the TAPI e.g. CallRex. I don't know why but they do.
