CC 6.0 after putting data from 4.2 SU down

hi all,
After put the 4.2 database to CC 6.0 the server utility was not starting up. what could be the problem?
Pls help

have you applies the latest service updats to CC6/SERVER UTILITY should be su4 for all aplications

yes its SU4 only on the system
