CBCT Route type cannot use in Route List Block

Hi, I have a PRI in one of our PBX in Canada that has a CBCT route type, I tried using the CBCT (trunk type) route in LD 86 to program an RLB but its not allowing me to use the CBCT route, I am getting a error message ES031- route type not allowed. Is there a parameter that I have to enable in the system so I can use it ? or the system does not permit to use CBCT trunk type in Route List Block ?

do a search here on isa rds and trunks, an older way to do call by call

you can only use a service route in bars not the master route with members in it.

What is service route and master route ?

go to your feature guide and look up call by call type(cbct). cbct is the replacement for isa. It will tell you exactly how to program it.
