CAUSE :INVALID IE CONTENTS error on PRI

Thank you in advance for any help
I am installing a new PRI with ATT
I have a opt 11 rls 25
I have a NTAK93 so i can only NATL is not an option
ATT is a DMS 100 set for 5ESS
I can receive calls but when I call out I get

how are you trying to dial out?

try the acod plus the number or ac plus the number? when do you get the busy.. after 9+ after acod+ or after the last digit... is route 0 in your route list block?

Thank you for responding, I have tried the ACOD plus the number or 9 + the number.
The calls fail the same either way.

Can you try to set the protocol to ess4.
 
I tried ESS4 with the same result

Update new info from telco

They are telling me that I need to send E164 National

I am sending E163 national/telephony

I have tried to change in LD 15 I was able to add E164 but E163 still remains and I can get rid of it

OLD ROLMEN WORKING ON NORTELS AND AVAYA
 
I got the following from thread798-1483697

"Thanks to everyone that replied. The provider had to change the Dchannel protocol to DMS100 to get it to work. I don't know why. I've been able to use ESS5 many times before.
 
I tried that as well but no luck.

3rd level support ATT now thinks it is a DMS100 switch problem and is moving to different equiptment.

i has to change to ESS4 to get it to do E164 as recomended earlyer, wile it did not fix the problem it got ATT it think it was their problem.

hope they can get it!
