Cardiff Teleform

I am trying to get Cardiff Teleform v6.2 software to detect a new scanner we installed, but it is not seeing it. The OS is Windows 2000 SP4. If you have any experience with this, please respond.

Hi,

A couple of questions:

1. Does it show up in Scanners and Cameras section of control panel?

2. Can other applications use it? (eg OCR, graphics etc).

Got it to work. I simply reinstalled the Cardiff software and the scanner was detected by the software.

Yes, it always was detected by Windows, but the software created by Cardiff refused to see it without a reinstallation of their product. Very dissapointing.

If you have used software before and would like an exchange of technical support collaboration without paying Cardiff's expensive support fees, please let me know.
