Capturing Audio & Video to Separate Hard Drives

I know that it is possible to capture and send the audio and video to separate hard drives but I'm not sure if Premiere 6.5 supports this. Can anyone tell me if it does and, if so, how to go about doing it. I want to capture from VHS tapes to my hard drive(s) using my ATI All-in-Wonder 7500 video card. If I can't do it with Premiere does anyone know of another software that will let me split the streams to 2 Hard Drives when capturing? Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
