Hi guys how can i capture the SMDR logs with ipo500 R9.0. I try with hyperterminal but i can;t

Is doesn't use the serial port but it uses IP.
Go to the system tab -> SMDR to configure the right port.

yes i mean i capture the log with hyperterminal with ip/port with the PC. but i can't. is another software to capture the logs?
