Capture Log Off with Windows Service 1

Is there a way to capture or hook the Log Off event? I want to run a windows service and perform code when the user logs off the computer. Thank you

Occurs when the user is trying to log off or shutdown the system. Microsoft.Win32.SystemEvents.SessionEnding
