Capture Card with RGB SCART Input?! Does such a thing exist?

Does anyone make a Capture Card with an RGB SCART Input?! Does such a thing exist? Most I've seen only have S-Video and Composite - and since none of my DVD/Video Players and Games Consoles output in S-Video, I always have to convert the RGB SCART Signal to crappy Composite.

So, does anyone know where I can find such an item please?
