Capitlize the first word in a field in a table

Hey-
I would like capitilize just the first word in a column in a table...What's the best way of going about this? (I'm a bit of a newbie to Access, so please be kind!)

In the Table Design View, set the Input Mask property for the field you want to capitalise. Read the On-line Help article on "Input Mask Property" for full information on setting the masks.
