If by one touch you mean include the transfer function also, no. First the transfer key then the autodial

Feature * 2, press button on CAP, then dial intercom number.

P.S. Thats to program it. To use it you hit transfer, then the cap button, wait for ring and hang up. Your screen should say "Call Transfered". It also acts as a "Busy Lamp Field".

Right, that's how I had it set up... I was trying to make the CAP button Transfer+Ext so the receptionist could transfer the call with only one button. That is how our previous system was set up and I wanted to make it as similar as possible, but from what I can find it is impossible.
