Hellow there

I installed a CD-Writer on my computer which uses Windows XP
and could write files to the CD.

When i installed it on another computer which uses WIN98, i failed to copy and paste to the CD. It gave me an error
'Make sure the disk is not full or write-protect and that the file is currently not in use'

thanx

Did you install software such as Nero5.5 or easy CD? If the answer is "No" then do it!

yes, as previously stated windows 98 does come with its own cdrw software so you must install nero or easy cd creator in order to put data on to a cd. if you want to do simple copy and paste to a cd you need to format the cd for packet writing using nero incd or roxio direct cd.
