Hey Guys,

This is the weirdest thing I've seen yet. The person can surf the Internet just fine, but when he goes to a secure site, it will not let him. Says page cannot be displayed. Can't go to banking sites etc. Sites that pull content from a secure site, don'work either. Any ideas? Oddly enough, we can't get to Microsoft's site for updates, but he does have SP2. We have done a spyware check and a virus check and nothing. Help would be appreciated.

What kind of connection? Broadband? If so, is he using a router? When did this problem start?

I too doubt that browser encryption has anything to do with the problem. But for others reading this thread, you can try the following to verify that your browser meets the conditions:

1) Go to 2) Click the icon in the lower-right that says "VeriSign Secured Seal Program"
3) Another window should popup and list the "Certification Status" as valid.
