I have a workstation that can't use the ping, net, or other similar commands unless I change to the \winnt\system32 folder. They should work no matter what directory I'm in.
How can I fix this?

Thanks,
Andy

You need to set up your System32 directory in your path. Right click "My Computer", select "Properties", then click the "Environment" variable. On this screen you can see what system and user variables are set up. In the System variable, you should see your PATH. Click on this and you can add your System32 path in the Value field.
