Can't upgrade browser

When upgrading to IE6sp1 we recieve the following message:
Windows Update: Internet Explorer and Internet tools - Setup was unable to install all the components. Please close all applications and try running setup again

Seem to remember encountering this some time ago. Have a look in the MS-Knowledge Base.

Seem to recall that it is a .dll registration issure.
