can't update office xp to sp 3

I downloaded the service pack 3 for office XP but I can't update it. I get the following message during the installation:

Error 1328. Error applying patch to file
C:\Config.Msi\PTAF.tmp. It has probably been updated by other means and can no longer be modified by this patch.

Anyone knows how can I solve this? Thanks!

Thanks, dcompoto. I found a solution. There are 2 office xp service pack 3 updates, one that is about 15 mb and the other is almost 50 mb. I installed the later one and it worked. Thanks!
