Can't Send Updates Through Meeting Requests

I can't send updates through meeting requests in Out;look 2003.
I create a meeting assign a resource and 2 persons and send it out fine everyone gets it.
When i go to reopent he meeting i have no message tracking no update ability.

It is outlook 2003 and i am running mx contact as an add in.
any sujjestions?
