Im new to e2k, so please excuse stupidity.
I have an external domain (my ISP) handling our external email. exchange handles the internal email, and I am trying to make it handle all sending functions. I can send to any address from outlook except for addresses ending in the domain name of my isp. internal email works, external works for everything except for my own domain. I originally set up my internal server with the same name as our internet domain, I ran into this problem, so I changed the internal domain name, but the problem is still the same. it may be how my smtp connectors are set up, but I don't know. any ideas out there?

ok, I have fixed part of the problem, I can send to addresses at my own domain if I type the address, but if I use mail-enabled contacts, it will not send to my domain, mail enabled contacts to any other domain address works fine.

Example:

ISP - Bob.com
You - Bob.com

On the default policy we are responsible for Bob.com

So any contact with Bob.com must exist in our Org or it will NDR. No real way around this. Dan
