I have a client that is using a IPAQ Pocket PC 2003 to sync with his Exchange 2003 server over GPRS. It has been working fine for about a month. Now when he syncs his email over GPRS via Activesync or just connecting to POP3, he is unable to open attachments. The conversion of the files does not seem to be working correctly as they come across as *.att files. I have not changed anything that would effect this on the server and he said that he has not changed anything on the PDA.

Any suggestions would be great as I have been trying to figure this one out for about a week now.

PS If he syncs via the cradle attachments come across okay.

Fixed, restored from a backup of the PDA and corrected the problem. Strange the user said they didn't change or update anything. Guess we all know how that works though
