Can't See Users

Anyone having/seen the problem of not being able to see all users logged into a certin citrix server through the manager? It's weird cause I can see the user in Terminal Services Manager, but not in Citrix Administrator.. not always.. but sometimes.. Ideas?

Hi,

what type of Citrix you have?
When did you installed it?
Are there any hotfix, patch is installed?

Citrix Metaframe xp fr3
installed it last week
it's got all the hotfixes up to release date..

I origanly posted this issue when I was using fr2, but upgrading didn't fix it..
