CANT SEE BOSSES ROLLOEVR

Here is the issue. x2651 has her bosses x2650. Bu when a second call comes in on x2650. She at x2651 cant see or pick it up. Is this normal or is there a work around ?

Is there any setup on the extensions to allow 2651 to see this call on their phone (user button, bridged appearance etc).

What handsets?

Does 2651 want their phone to ring when 2650 is called, or just for a button to flash?

Yes there is a bridged appearance for the ext. But the second call to 2650. Isnt seen. 1409 sets.

you would need a bridged appearance for each line on the 2650 extension as when you set up a bridged appearance it asks you to select the call appearance it will bridge to. If 2650 has 3 call appearances that can receive calls then 2651 needs 3 bridged appearances, or you need to set it so that 2651 can only receive one call and a second automatically forwards to 2650.

let the boss calls overflow to a group and program a group button on the secretary phone, if a second call of the boss overflows the group button will blink, pressing the button enables answering the waiting call.
