Disable Content Advisor by following these steps in Internet Explorer:
In Internet Explorer 4, on the View menu, click Internet Options .
In Internet Explorer 5, Interntet Explorer 5.5 and Internet Explorer 6, on the Tools menu, click Internet Options .
Click the Content tab.
Under Content Advisor , click Disable .
In the Password box, type the supervisor password, and then click OK .
When you receive the following prompt, click OK :
Content Advisor has been turned off. Make sure you turn it on again before you allow someone else to use your computer.
Method 2
Click the HTML link to load the Web page, and then on the File menu, click Save As or Print . This method assumes that the Web page successfully passes through Content Advisor.

When Content Advisor is enabled, you can save or print a Web page only after it passes through Content Advisor. You cannot save or print a Web page by right-clicking an HTML link and then clicking Save Target As or Print Target , because this method bypasses Content Advisor. NOTE : Content Advisor settings apply to all users on the local computer and cannot be changed by users who are not administrators on the local computer (Windows NT 4.0 and Windows 2000 only). You cannot create different Content Advisor settings for different users on the same computer. If you did not enable Content Advisor and share a computer with multiple users, contact the other users to see if they enabled Content Advisor.

SYMPTOMS
In Microsoft Internet Explorer 5, when you right-click a graphic on a Web page created in Word 2000, you see different commands than you expected and you are unable to save a graphic.
For example, the Save Picture As command does not appear on the shortcut menu. The commands that may be available on the shortcut menu include:

Create Shortcut
Add to Favorites
View Source
Encoding
Print
Refresh

CAUSE
There are two reasons for this behavior:
When you create a Web page in Word 2000 and add graphics to the page, Word adds markup tags that provide support for Vector Markup Language (VML) graphics. Word adds the additional markup regardless of whether you have selected the Rely on VML to display graphics in browsers check box (on the Tools menu, click Options , and then click Web Options on the General tab).
This is a limitation of the way Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 handles the HTML generated by Word. Internet Explorer 5.0 does not render the same shortcut menus for VML graphics as it does for standard HTML (IMG) graphics.
WORKAROUND
Microsoft has released an Office HTML Filter that you can use to remove Office-specific markup tags embedded in Office 2000 documents saved as a Web page (HTML). This filter is available at the following Microsoft Web address:
To use the HTML Filter to remove the VML information from your file, follow these steps:
Download and install the HTML Filter 2.0.
Start the HTML Filter by clicking Programs on the Start menu, pointing to Microsoft Office Tools , and then clicking Microsoft Office HTML Filter 2.0 .
In the Microsoft Office HTML Filter 2.0 dialog box, click Add . Locate your Web page and click Open .
Click Options and click to clear all option check boxes. Click OK and then click Apply .
The HTML Filter automatically edits the HTML code to remove the VML information. It also creates a backup of the original file, assigns it a .bak extension, and stores it in the same location as the new file.
