Can't save attachments from outlook 1

hello everyone,

I've got a user that can't save or open any attachments when recieving them in outlook. She's using Office 2000, on Windows XP. I checked the MS website, but the only thing I found has to do with terminal server, which is not installed on her PC.

This is the error message she gets when trying to open an attachment.

"Cannot save the attachment. Can’t create file: filename.doc. Right-click the folder you want to create the file in, and then click Properties on the shortcut menu to check your permissions for the folder."
