Can't run published applications

Our thin clients can connect to our terminal server running Metaframe XP w/ Service Pack 3. However, I can't connect a desktop to run any published apps on the server. I was able to do so until we added a third server to the farm.

I am now running the newest ICA client and even tried running the older client but still no luck. It tells me

"ICA browser failed to return any names. Server addresses may be entered in the server location list for this application set, if no Citrix Metaframe servers exist on your local subnet."

I added the addresses of my servers in the location list and i still get the same message.
