Can't retrieve vm messages

How do I get into a mailbox (Intuity AUDIX) where the I get this prompt, "Can not get your messages now due to multiple logins..."?
It is not locked.

That usually means that someone else is already logged into that mailbox. Have you tried waiting few minutes and then trying to log in again. How long have you been trying to get into the mailbox?

I usually see that when a person was logged into the Intuity using Message Manager and they forgot, and tried to login using the phone.
