I had a problem with Arcserve 6.61 so I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. However now when I try to do a restore from a tape that I know has data on it it doesn't allow me to choose it.

Cant restore tape after uninstall of Arcserve 6.61

Run a merge on the tape and then you will be able to restore the data. If the session is pruned then arcserve database will not hold the records...So, on the manager menu/utilities run the merge options.
