Everytime users set a meeting including a particular user as an attendee they get the standard message that thier email bounced to a given recipient. See below...names changed to protect the innocent...

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: xxxxxxxxxx

Sent: 3/31/2004 9:48 AM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

John Smith on 3/31/2004 9:48 AM

The e-mail account does not exist at the organization this message was sent to. Check the e-mail address, or contact the recipient directly to find out the correct address.

<ex2000.xxxx.com #5.1.1>

This particular person is no longer with the company, and has been removed from the Address Book and removed as a Delegate from the other users mailbox. This happens only when including this one particular recipient so this persons mailbox appears to somehow retain a pointer to the deleted box. Any ideas on how to find and eliminate this pointer?

does that use have the address entered in there personal address book? maybe the made a distribution list and didnt remove them from it?

I've already checked through the users Personal Address Book and Contacts and deleted all entries. It was tested and still returned the same message. I'm pretty sure that the client is clean. What actions can be taken at the server or account level?
