Can't remove added mail box

I have added another users mailbox into outlook via tools>services>properties>advanced tab, however I now need to remove it but when I go to tools>services>properties>advanced tab, it is no longer there to allow me to remove it...any ideas?

I have tried closing/re-opening, rebooting etc

I have seen this problem before and the only way that I know of to correct it is to re-create your Outlook profile.
