Can't Record an announcement from an IP Phone?

Hello All,
I am trying to record an announcment from a 4622SW IP Phone. When I enter the FAC it allows me to do everything. Upon pressing 1 to begin recording it acts like it is recording but I have been disconnected.
I am recording the announcment to a G700 and do not have this problem with a digital or analog phone. I have even turned off the Direct IP-IP calls on the sation form just in case it was a VoIP thing... Has anyone else experienced this?

I've had that issue had to upgrade the firmware to v65

Make sure you console permissions, located in the COS

I have 2 phones on my desk, one worked for announcement recordings and the other didn't. The answer was console permissions on the one that didn't.

I have console permissions on my phone... The strange thing is that I am able to begin the recording (Hearing the record begin beep) but as soon as I hear the tone, the call is disconnected...

I wish.... Unfortunately this is a brand new Announcement Resource on the G-700... I have enabled it and can record no problem from a Digital set or by dropping a WAV file on it...

What does the list trace station tell you when it goes wrong?

Here is the list trace... I can't make much sense of it. It shows where the announcement is terminated as soon as I begin recording...

The problem seems to happen with all announcement boards be it VAL boards or VAL Resources on any of our gateways...

Didn't you also just post about a buggy 4622SW FW? Did you try another 46xx series set?

I tried with a 4610SW v2.6 and a 4622SW v2.7... I am totally stuck...

It appears that a server patch has corrected this issue...
