Here is the deal I am running Outlook 2000 on an NT domain with Exchange 5.5 sp4.
When I try to send, or reply to a message from a certain individual on my network and in the Global address list they never get the message. They even don't get it when I send it as part as a broadcast message. Please helpl

They can send mail Ok though? Do you get any NDR's or errors? Any entries in the Event log?

Yes the end user can send mail internally just fine to everyone in the GAL. I can send mail internally without error to everyone in my GAL except for that one user. I even send a delivery receipt and I get a reply that the message was delivered but the receipient never gets the message.

Look on their outlook? Do they have two inboxes? If so, delete all their profiles and reset. Then they will be able to get those e-mails.

can they get mail from the internet? Are there any filters or rules set up on the client? have you tried recreating the client profile?

Yes this end user gets mail from everywhere else but me.
To the previous reply....Where exactly do you need for me to delete there profile and reset.

Hey thormax thanks you sent me in the right direction.
Apparently a couple of users "Don't quite remember" setting up a rule that said all messages from me get placed in some weird folder that they had "no clue" creating.... Cudos to Tek Tips......

From their machine. Control Panel\Mail icon. Delete and recreate the Exchange profile.
