Hi. Yesterday I reformatted and re-installed Windows 2000 Pro and Juno. Today I can't print a web page. Every time I hit 'Control-P' > 'Print', or click 'File' > 'Print', or click the 'Print' icon on the toolbar, I get the Fax Wizard. I can print a test page, I can print a word pad doc whether I am on online or off, so it can't be a file association thing, can it?. It happens whether I spool or print directly to the printer. I can print email on line, it's only the web pages that won't print - even ones that I have printed before. I checked all the Internet Options, and everything's set to default, same as before. I wonder if this is a Juno thing...?? (I've emailed them, but these things are tentative at best.)
Any suggestons? Thanks! ---Lin33

Sounds like you installed some software that set a fax driver or fax printer as the default printer. In the control panel you can go to printers and if the old printer exists, make it the default printer. If you never plan on using the fax Printer just delete it. Whatever is left will revert to the default. If nothing is left install the printer.

Note:
Usually in Windows if you remove all the printers, turn on the printer, and then reboot windows will see the printer and attempt to install it. If you do not like my post feel free to point out your opinion or my errors.

In Win 98 you can click on file, page setup, & printers (at the top of IE). Select the printer you want to use here. It may be the same for Win2000, I have no idea. I could be wrong, so don't hold that against me. At least I'm trying! I hope I've helped in some way........

No errors at all, 4702. I of course forgot to mention that setting the printer to default was the first thing I did. But I just now deleted the Fax from the printers' box, and it prints fine now. I should/would have thought of that, but I figured I might need the fax. Come to think of it, what IS a "Fax Printer?" I never saw that software there before. Who knows?

Thank you very much! Wish everything were that easy. --- ------Lin33
