Im trying to open an IE link from within Outlook 2000. When I click it I get the following error:

Some files can harm your computer. If the file informaton below looks suspicious, or you do not fully trust the source, do not open or save this file.
File Name: ap.visaonline[1]

From:
The strange thing is that the link works if the browser is open or if I manually key it in the browser. Just doesn't work via a link (if IE is closed)
Im running Windows XP SP1, IE6 SP1 with Q832894
Has anyone seen such an issue before?? Other links work via outlook so its either an intermittent issue or an issue with this link (
