Can't make Directory work when CCR tree is set up. The Directory works fine before I set up the CCR tree but now with the CCR tree set up it will never find the ext. by dialing the name. Can you still use the Directory and the CCR on a CP100

For directory press # when listening to main greeting then spell the name.
Make sure each mailbox in F983 the Directory = Y

do you have try last name and first name the directory can work with one of them or both

check that your directory is available, option 4 if entering via a telephone
