can't logon to server 1

Hlp, I have got a big problem here,need help urgently. Last week I just set up a SBS2003, it was working fine... this morning when I bott up the server and logon,a message appear "the local policy of this system does not permit you to logon interactively".
How do i go around this, I tried to logon as some other user with admin rights, the same message appear.
Any idea... It's A DC anyway
